Student volunteers/interns
Therapy OPS accepts a limited number of volunteers during the year to help with groups, observe therapy, and general tasks around the clinic. Positions are first come, first served.
We consider ourselves a teaching facility and take graduate students for internships/placements.

Evening/on-call Occupational Therapist
Therapy OPS is looking for a evening and/or on-call occupational therapist for either/both of our locations: Inver Grove Heights or Hastings. The interested OT will work with and alongside additional pediatric OTs, PTs, and SLPs and should have experience with toddlers, children, and teenagers. Must have good organization, communication, and be able to work independently. Looking for someone who wants to make a difference in the families they work with, as well as the community. We are growing our leadership team and seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist who is ready to take the next step into clinical leadership and operations. This role blends clinical work with managerial oversight of our Hastings clinic — ensuring excellent patient care and strong team performance.
